Product Appearance Design: Focusing on a fun, stylish, and dynamic aesthetic for the mini-speaker, we engage our product designers to initiate the design project.                                                                                                
Product 3D Structural Design: Drawing upon nearly 20 years of extensive experience in acoustic structure development, our structural designers define the product's internal architecture, ensuring a seamless integration of optimal sound quality acoustics with the playful exterior design.
PCBA & Electronics Design: Our professional electronics engineers design the corresponding PCBA boards and speaker components to match the product's quality standards and positioning, thereby realizing its core features: a "big sound in a small body" and the unique, dynamic "dancing" function.
Functional Prototype Production: Based on the finalized designs for the exterior, internal structure, and electronics, we produce functional prototypes that meet user requirements, allowing the client to verify the product's functionality, aesthetics, materials, and other specifications.
Mold Production: Once the prototypes are approved, we proceed with the production of high-precision molds, providing mold samples to the client for final verification.
Mass Production Sample Run: Following the approval of the mold samples, we produce a batch of pre-production samples in accordance with the client's order specifications; once these samples are approved by the client, we proceed with full-scale mass production, thereby completing the entire product development cycle.
